Wifi is available at all properties at additional cost £12.50 per week. We operate a fair usage policy, ask you to use the facility with consideration for others. We reserve the right to make restrictions if we find that abuse has taken place.
Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the property during their stay and on departure. A cleaning service is available at the end of your visit at an additional cost of £50.00 for the two bedroomed properties and £65.00 for the Tabac. However, in both instances, should the cleaning dictate additional time to bring the property up to the standard we require, then an additional cost of £13.50 per hour will be deducted from the security/additional cleaning deposit.
*Use of one bedroom/en-suite in the property will be made available for single couples option. On the booking form you may request a double bed or twin beds (except for the Farmhouse - double bed only)
Your rent includes:
Electricity and gas
Bed linen, with a weekly change if required
In house towels (pool towels can be hired)
Cleaning materials supplied
Startup pack included (see housekeeping)
Pool towel hire £4 a week per towel
